I'm unable to log in even though I have a passport membership. The password reset link is showing that it has already expired. I don't understand why it keeps saying that.
Unprofessional behavior with dispute
My first experience with club Pilate.
After intro class I booked 8 classes/month and pay for membership.
I strictly told the lady please dont put this card in system for further transactions.lady assured me that she is using only for 1 times charges.During 1 month session I realized its hard to book class according to my schedule so decide next time will go for unlimited membership but to my surprised my I got bank text for auto transaction for next month,as it was weekend I put dispute and wrote that its auto transaction.call club Pilate ask to renew membership with my new card and ask again that dont put my card for auto transaction. She renew my classes without tel me that I have to extra $25 BECAUSE I did dispute.i was told to call tomorrow to talk to manager.i leave my number twice to call me whenever she have time .
I didnt receive call till12:30 once I got free and called her and she way beyond disrespectful and shouting that I should read my contract.remember despite that they already new my class ONLY ON MY BANK ACOCUNT AND I STILL cant book my classes as its freeze so I dispute ,for that you already charged me $25. Its mean I cant take my classes and waste this month subscription also becouse its freeze.
I really need feedback from club Pilate for this unprofessional behavior

Asked for a freeze in membership as on vacation for 3 weeks. Oh that will be $15!
OK cancel my membership, oh you have to give 30 day notice. Really, I haven't seen a contract. Well we reiterated the conditions over the phone.
Really how do I know this?
The main issue is booking sessions and I am retired!! Unless you want 6am or 6pm.

No response by company
I have emailed company with no response.
My wife gave a doctors note for a medical issue which does not allow her to proceed with her membership.
The owner refused to abide by the contract which allows you to cancel you membership due to medical issues.
They have billed our credit card without authorization and refuse to credit the money charged. They will not respond to communication.

They took my 11 credits
I had paid my membership and they took all my 11 credits and told me they expired and they are not giving them back I would after my lawyer wrote them a letter they still have not responded

This business continues to repeat the same disregard to other costumers with similar situation as mine, reported by online reviews complaining about their money hungry policies and disregards to the customers.
Be aware of the back office and the charging policies of this business! Unfriendly back office, rude and unwilling to resolve disputes.
I tried to reach their corporate office with no help as it seems to be an independent franchise with a location in West Boynton and West Lake Worth.
I also tried to reach the owner directly with no success.
A huge disappointment as I liked their classes and the front desk attendants in Lake Worth.
The attendants in their West Boynton office were unfriendly and unwilling to help.
Horrible Money Hungry business policies. Be aware and read the consumer complaints against them before you pay any money to this business or give your credit card information.

Very rude studio owner and employees - Hyde Park OH
I paid and accumulated 14 credits. I was told they had no expiration date.
And just when I wanted to use them they took them away.
No customer service / satisfaction. Clearly don't care about a customer that paid for 14 classes and didn't have a chance to use them !!!
Studio owner and staff refused to reinstate the credits or reimburse.
Corporate never calls back or respo9nds to emails.
Never ever going back there !!

Verified ReviewerThey continue to charge an UNAUTHORIZED card.
They have now charged an UNAUTHORIZED card 3 times. And this was after I made it clear that card was never authorized for monthly billing.
I just reached out to coporate. I hope they realize this matter.
Preferred solution: I’m looking to take them to court for continuing to charge an unauthorized card. For the exact amount plus damages.
Unauthorized Contract
Took the intro class and inquired about membership. Was told no contract and only 30 days notice was needed to cancel.
When the 30 days notice was submitted, I was informed that I had signed a contract. Not true. Beware, once you submit the first payment, a three-month contract is automatically generated with an e-signature, without your permission.
I asked the manager, Lydia, about what was offered verbally. Lydia boldly told me that I would be charged for three months.
- Pilates is a good exercise routine
- Misleading and unethical behavior

Scheduling
I upgraded to the unlimited founders membership at the new Woodstock branch to save money and attend more classes. But I really only like going to the happy valley branch.
I was told I could use my membership at iether location whenever. But that doesnt seem to be the case.

To start, deep breathing for 30seconds is not any kind of warm up!! Because there is zero proper assistance with equipment and or moves injuries happen!
When injury occurs too bad so sad you dont get a refund! But you do get loss of credits because they cant operate their computer system properly. Being ripped off for 8 credits is an expensive $208 experienceI wonder if its worth all the bad publicity?
The other HUGE COMPLAINT is their EXTREME over subscription practices. How can they justify taking your money when they know damn well that they cannot accommodate you!!??!!?
This company is the BIGGEST RIPOFF of any in Canada.
BOYCOTT these Indian money theives!!
Time the Canadian Government looked into this company & did something about getting our money back! Im off to complain to the television networks & the BC Ombudsman

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had to get the credit from my bank.
Club Pilates wasn’t any help at all. Very disappointed.
Unauthorized charge on my account after I canceled my membership. No one bothered to call and talk to me or help clear the matter up.
I was totally disregarded by the Sparks, NV location.
I finally just called the bank.
Terrible way to handle a business! Shame on you!!!

I had a terrible experience with this place. I recently tried to cancel my membership, but because I missed the cancellation deadline by two days, I was informed that I needed to pay for the entire month again.
The person who answered my call was rude and showed no willingness to negotiate. I advise anyone to carefully consider before signing up with them.

I have not been a member since 2021 and of January 2024 the east Boynton beach club Pilates charged my credit card unlawfully.
