I had to change my credit card due to unrecognized charges. After receiving my new card and my busy work week I tried to update my account and restart but they froze it.

That's fine but after only 2 (two) weeks they put me into collections!? 2 weeks. The contract only mentions 90 days and late charges! This was 2 weeks!

I was never warned about gong info collections!

The local club can't tell you which collections company it goes to, they can't accept payment and reverse it.

And corporate is unreachable to sit it out. Beware!

Preferred solution: I'd like to talk to someone and see if we can straighten it this inadvertent situation. I had issues worrying about my credit being hacked and pricing my identity, and they put me in collections... did I Kenyon only 2 weeks!

User's recommendation: Avoid Club Pilates membership, they will ruin your credit... after 2 weeks of anything prevents you from paying on time.

Sarah not only laughed in my face but never let me in, never gave me a refund and locked me out. I called the police. She was rude to the myself and the officer . She stated her class was in a plank and stated she could not help and didnt care.

I want the owner of the woodlake establishment to please give me a call. The reviews says your manager is awful so that will not suffice .

I have video recording of the incident and will make sure it is posted everywhere! Sarah I hope you really proud of yourself and the low vibrational customer service you provided today.

Buyer Beware! I had no idea that the sales associate was putting me into a contract.

The sales associate basically did a bait and switch pitch. I was told I was signing to authorize monthly payments. When I tried to cancel, that's when I found out I signed a contract. The contract and cancellation requirements are awful; read it before signing.

This club is a hit or miss with the instructors. I started Pilates at this club 10 months ago. At first, it was good with instructors, especially Jen, who is no longer there, and a lot of availability as far as class times. Now, you can barely get in at convenient times, which does not guarantee you a spot each week, and most of the good instructors are gone.

I got in on a promotion. I paid 159 per month for 8 classes (regular cost 199). It is no longer worth it for mediocre classes, and you may not get a spot, but you still have to pay no matter what, or you just lose your credits. I am now forced to attend this club for pretty much 45 more days due to the cancellation policy!

I will never recommend this club to anyone. As you can see, other reviewers have had issues with the contract; it is ludicrous and exhibits poor business practices. The manager, Karrie, is unprofessional and will not verbally explain this confusing contract to me. Moreover, some of the instructors do not instruct, they talk for 30 minutes out of an hour that you pay for!

They never answer the phone.

This has been the worst experience. Beware.

I got hurt at club Pilates today

Club Pilates always say that they train their instructors so the instructors are not supposed to do experiments in class. Due to a new move which should not have been instructed I got the heavy Pilate chair tilted on me falling on my stomach which could have resulted in a serious injury but still caused a fall on my stomach.

When I asked them if I can get my myself checked and if they will cover the cost after calling the GM they said its your body your choice and send the paperwork later not promising to be responsible for it. They even did not sign the report in front of me.

It looks like they are more concerned about their liability than my hurt. I pay a lot of money per month to them and this is unacceptable.

The only reason I agreed to the overly rigid terms and conditions is because an employee assured me that while the only way to access the schedule of classes would be to download the app, there would be plenty of classes available for me to take. You need a code to download the app, which is only given after you sign up for a package of lessons.

She turned the computer screen around and showed me pictures of all the instructors, and reassured me that the studio was open from six in the morning, so of course, there would be plenty of classes to choose from. I explained that my decision to join was based on the schedule. I liked the instruction, so I agreed. Once I got on the app, I realized that there were no classes available, they were almost entirely waitlisted.

Also, the waitlist is just another opportunity for the company to charge me extra fees. They expect you to check your email in case they alert you two hours before the class that you have been accepted from the waitlist. If you don't show as a waitlist, they charge you. It is basically impossible to get a hold of anyone at the company to complain about this.

I additionally paid $30 more to have unlimited classes for the month. I would be fine with this if there were some classes actually available.

They will rip you off and say that its what youve agreed to in the contract. Or will give you a pair of socks. The scheduling system does not work well , unless you want to take class 1 until the end of your membership commitment which is 90 days

Unprofessional behavior with dispute

My first experience with club Pilate.

After intro class I booked 8 classes/month and pay for membership.

I strictly told the lady please dont put this card in system for further transactions.lady assured me that she is using only for 1 times charges.During 1 month session I realized its hard to book class according to my schedule so decide next time will go for unlimited membership but to my surprised my I got bank text for auto transaction for next month,as it was weekend I put dispute and wrote that its auto transaction.call club Pilate ask to renew membership with my new card and ask again that dont put my card for auto transaction. She renew my classes without tel me that I have to extra $25 BECAUSE I did dispute.i was told to call tomorrow to talk to manager.i leave my number twice to call me whenever she have time .

I didnt receive call till12:30 once I got free and called her and she way beyond disrespectful and shouting that I should read my contract.remember despite that they already new my class ONLY ON MY BANK ACOCUNT AND I STILL cant book my classes as its freeze so I dispute ,for that you already charged me $25. Its mean I cant take my classes and waste this month subscription also becouse its freeze.

I really need feedback from club Pilate for this unprofessional behavior

Asked for a freeze in membership as on vacation for 3 weeks. Oh that will be $15!

OK cancel my membership, oh you have to give 30 day notice. Really, I haven't seen a contract. Well we reiterated the conditions over the phone.

Really how do I know this?

The main issue is booking sessions and I am retired!! Unless you want 6am or 6pm.

I have emailed company with no response.

My wife gave a doctors note for a medical issue which does not allow her to proceed with her membership.

The owner refused to abide by the contract which allows you to cancel you membership due to medical issues.

They have billed our credit card without authorization and refuse to credit the money charged. They will not respond to communication.
